Workplace Health Assessments
The purpose of an employment health assessment is:
- To determine whether the Disability Legislation applies
- To ensure that specific standards of fitness are met where there is a legal or safety obligation to do so
- To provide baseline data for future assessments
- To ensure compliance with the Equality Act
We offer a range of options for carrying out employment health assessments. These include completion of a detailed questionnaire, face-to-face interviews or a combination of both.
